Please be aware that upon your first log into PRISM (as part of the generation of your password), you are asked to accept the PRISM Terms of Use. The acceptance of the PRISM Terms of Use will appear on the screen as below:

These PRISM Terms of Use (Terms) set out the terms that govern your use of the Crayon’s proprietary application Platform for Recurring Subscription Management (PRISM) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Crayon and its subsidiaries or related body corporates (Affiliates).
In accessing and using PRISM, Partner (you, your or Partner) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not proceed with using PRISM.
