Microsoft is implementing a mandatory update to the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA). Customers who accepted the MCA prior to April 1, 2023 must reaccept the updated agreement by October 7, 2025.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in restricted subscription management capabilities within the Microsoft, including:
- Provisioning new subscriptions
- Upgrading existing subscriptions
- Changing quantity, term, or billing cycle
Customers who haven’t reaccepted the updated MCA will be unable to manage subscriptions on their behalf in Cloud-iQ.View the official Microsoft announcement for more details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2025-august#action-required-microsoft-customer-agreement-reacceptance
