The PRISM portal Dashboard menu provides you with information about customers, enrolled programs, subscriptions and the latest Crayon announcements.

 

 

1. Customers: All active customers which are one level below the impersonated partner.
2. Programs In Use: All the unique programs the customer has ever been registered in.
3. Services: Total number of all the subscription quantities and usage quantities across all tenants.
4. Office 365: All active, suspended and deleted subscriptions where the product tag is 'Office 365'.

 

Tenants Dashboard

 

 

1. Tenants: Total number of active and inactivate tenants. Includes tenants under deactivated customers.
2. ​Mailboxes: All active, suspended and deleted subscriptions where the product tag is 'Office 365'
