Customer Reports – Subscription Management
To access customer reports, Login into PRISM using your user credentials and navigate to the reports icon on the menu.
Once within the Reports page, there are multiple reports to cater for your needs, please navigate to the customer reports section and click on Subscription management report to view it.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab displays the total count of subscriptions existing under the Partner.
Customer Tab
Renewal Tab
The renewal Schedule is a tabular report which displays the different subscriptions and their renewal months. The report provides you the option to filter between Annual/ monthly commitment vs billing frequency. Filters at the top of the page can be used to filter data on a specific customer and/or billing frequency.

Modified Subscriptions
The "Modified Subscriptions" tab provides a view of all the subscriptions modified (quantity change etc.) within the last 30 days. Filters at the top of the page can be used to filter data on a specific customer and/or program plan and/or billing frequency and/or commitment term type.
NCE Conversion:
The "NCE Conversion" tab provides a list of all active subscriptions under both Legacy and New Commerce Experience (NCE); furthermore, there is a visual display to show the percentage of subscriptions you have converted to NCE. Please note that this report has filtered out any NFP, EDU, Gov etc Products that are unable to be converted to NCE at this point in time. Filters at the top of the page can be used to filter data on a specific customer and/or billing frequency.
- Is Sub a NCE Sub = True, means the number of subscriptions that have been converted to NCE
- Is Sub a NCE Sub = Fales, means the number of subscriptions that have not been converted to NCE, remaining on Legacy
Term:
The "Term" tab provides a list of all active Microsoft CSP subscriptions under both Legacy and New Commerce Experience (NCE) and the commitment term + billing frequency assigned to the subscriptions; furthermore, there is a visual display to show the percentage of subscriptions under each commitment term + billing frequency combination. Filters at the top of the page can be used to filter data on a specific customer and/or billing frequency and/or commitment term type.

- A Legacy Subscription on Monthly Billing (is billed monthly but considered an annual commitment with Microsoft)
- An Azure Subscription (is billed monthly but considered an annual commitment with Microsoft)
- An NCE Subscription on Monthly Billing with Annual Commitment
- Years Annually
- An NCE Subscription on Annual Billing with Annual Commitment
- A Legacy Subscription on Annual Billing with Annual Commitment
- Months Monthly
- An NCE Subscription on Monthly Billing with Monthly Commitment
