User Configuration

To change the name or password associated with your account, click the dropdown in the upper right corner and select your account in the dropdown menu. Here you can also change the Language you wish to browse the portal in.

Manage Two Factor Authentication for your profile

While on My Profile page, select under Two Factor Authentication Manage 2FA link. Then choose “Authenticator” as ‘method’ and follow the steps described in that page.

When this have been done and you sign into Cloud-iQ next time you will need to enter the code that are displayed in your Authenticator app on your device.

Notifications

Using the notifications types, you can adjust to your own user account the type and method of receiving notifications, receiving emails for Renewal and Expiration of CSP program etc.
