Invoice Profiles

Invoice profiles are managed in section Transaction > Invoice settings > Invoice profiles.

Invoice profile can be configured at individual cloud account and/or subscription level and for each invoice profile you can set an e-mail address for where you want the “Billing Statement” to be sent, in addition to the availability of the “Billing Statement” in section Transactions > Billing statements.

The invoice profile determines values to be set on invoice received from Crayon – such as invoice address, invoice reference and customer reference. Multiple cloud accounts associated with one/same invoice profile normally generate one/same invoice from Crayon – but for rare scenarios multiple invoices are received from Crayon depending on purchased offering, invoice frequency and invoice cycle from publisher to Crayon.
