PRISM API - Generate Client Credentials

To access the PRISM API the client will need to generate the credentials via PRISM.

1. Navigate to Customer Management.

2. Find your primary Customer (1st in the list)and click view.

3. Click the Manage Client Credentials button

4. Click the Generate Client Credentials button

5. Complete the form and store the Client Id and the Client Secret* in a secure location.

 

Note: The client's secret will only be shown once. If you lose the secret you must generate a new set of credentials.
