Locating Price Lists

Veeam Price Lists can be accessed via three different methods in PRISM:

1. If you have signed up for the Veeam Program in PRISM, navigate to the Programs Tab > under Active Signed Agreements heading > Select Manage under the Veeam Tile > then under the Program Tile, select Price List.
   
   
   
   
   
2. If you have not signed up for the Veeam Program in PRISM, navigate to the Programs Tab > under Programs Available to Enrol In heading > Select View More under the Veeam Tile > then under the Program Tile, select View Price List.
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the Price Lists tab on the left hand toolbar, then select the Veeam program from the drop down menu.
   
   
   
   

Understanding Veeam Price Lists

Under the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider Program, there are multiple program plans that you are available for you to sign up to. For example the 200 Point Plan, No Commitment Plan, 20,000 Point Plan etc. 

Each Program Plan will contain a minimum commitment value, for Veeam this commitment value relates to the number of points that must be used each month, if you do not meet the minimum commitment for your program plan, you will be charged for the difference in points to meet your minimum commitment as "Minimum Commitment Contract SKUs". For the 200 Point Plan, you would need to use at least 200 points each month. 

 

Each Program Plan offers the same products with the same product point value. For example, product: Veeam Agent for IBM AIX - Server, has a Unit Value of 11 Points. The only difference is the Price Per Point. 

 

Please also note that Veeam is sourced in USD pricing, therefore any local currencies used other than USD, would require an FX rate to calculate the local value. When viewing a pricelist, the current FX rate will be displayed at the top of screen. And if a new FX rate is to be introduced for a future period you will see a hyperlink to take you to the future pricelist.

Once you have accessed the pricelist, you will see a list of products available under this program plan (please note that some products may have conditional use). Against each product you can see the following details:

• Product Name
• Product SKU (matching to Veeam's Portal)
• Product Unit
• Points Per Unit (this is the point value of the product)
• Price Per Point (this value will be the same for each product in the pricelist, please note that this value may be affected by FX rates etc).
• Price Per Unit (this is the calculation of Points Per Unit multiplied by Price Per Point (example 11*0.93 = 1023)
