How to Submit Your Monthly Usage Report in the Veeam Pulse Portal
To report your Veeam usage in Pulse, Go to https://propartner.veeam.com /vcsp pulse
Enter your email address and click the "Next" button
Enter your Password
Click on the "GET STARTED" button (it may also say Submit Usage)
There are 2 ways to access your consumption report:
1. Click on the report chart from your homepage
2. Go to 'My Actions' from Monthly Usages header
Access your Monthly Usage via Option 1
1. Click on the chart from the Pulse homepage
2. This will open a chart window. In this window, click on the 'View Report' button to proceed
3. You will be presented with a report page - click on the 'usage month' to access your consumption report
Access your Monthly Usage via Option 2
1. From the navigation menu, click on 'Monthly Usage' and select 'My Actions' from the dropdown list
2. Click on the usage month to access your consumption report
Submitting your Monthly Usage
Your consumption report is split into 3 sections, however the section at the bottom of the page is where to enter your consumption report
Review the data in both the 'Rental Agreement Details' and the 'Monthly Usage Details' sections - check that the data in these sections are accurate
If not accurate, contact your Veeam Sales Rep to discuss getting the information updated
The reporting table shows the list of products that you currently have licenses for
- If there are any other products you have consumed during that reporting period, select that product from the dropdown options below the table and click 'Add'
To enter your individual product usage, click on the line items in the 'Current Month Usage' column
You will notice that 'Reported Points' value at the bottom of the table will increase as you populate the cells
Once you're done, click 'Save'
A message will appear if your point value has increased / decreased for 20% comparing to previous month Closed usage report
To complete your submission, click 'Submit'
A pop up message will appear to confirm your submission, click on Submit to complete the usage report
The partner user and timestamp are now stored in Pulse
