Accessing Pricing and Price Lists in PRISM

Within PRISM, there are various ways to access pricing and price lists. Please note that each Vendor Program will have its own price list, and some Vendor Programs will then have sub-program plan price lists (for example, Veeam VCSP has a separate price list per Point Plan, compared to Microsoft CSP which has one program price list).

Ways to Access Pricing

1. Under the Program Tile, for a program, you have signed up for
2. Under the Program Tile, for a program, you haven't signed up for yet
3. Under the Price List Tool Bar

Each method will be explained below. Please note each accessing guide uses the VMware VCPP program as an example; the same logic can be used for other Vendor Programs.

Accessing Pricing Under the Program Tile for a program you have signed up.

If you have signed up for the Program in PRISM, navigate to the Programs Tab > under Active Signed Agreements heading > Select Manage under the Program Tile > then under the Program Tile, select Price List.

If you have not signed up for the Program in PRISM, navigate to the Programs Tab > under Programs Available to Enrol In heading > Select View More under the Program Tile > then under the Program Tile, select View Price List.

Navigate to the Price Lists tab on the left-hand toolbar, then select the program name from the drop-down menu. Then select View Price List.

Viewing and Exporting Price Lists

Once you have accessed a price list, you can view the price list via your browser and can also export it as an Excel file.

On Screen within your Browser

The price list will load and appear below the View Price List button. 

Price Lists will contain the following base data: 

• Product Name
• Product SKU
• Partner Cost

Depending on the structure of the vendor Program, additional information may be presented if available, such as:

• Billing Cycle
• Product Unit
• Retail Estimate

Export Price List to an Excel File

To export the on-screen price list to a CSV file, please select the Generate XLS button located underneath the View Price List button. Once the Generate XLS button is selected, the file will download in the background and then be available in your downloads folder.

Note: Any pricing viewed or exported is done at the time of viewing any may not be valid for future purposes and quoting.
