GDAP relationship in Cloud iQ - Indirect

Please find below detailed instructions for authorising or renewing a GDAP relationship via Cloud iQ. This article provides a step-by-step guide for the following key processes:

• Create Invoice Profile 
• Authorise Crayon Indirect Provider 
• Authorise GDAP relationship by Creating a New Tenant 
• Authorise GDAP relationship for an Existing Tenant
• Renewing GDAP Relationship for an Existing Tenant

Create Invoice Profile 

1. Log into the Cloud iQ Portal with your account credentials.
2. Click on Company Settings.
3. Click on Invoice Profiles.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Add Profile
   
   
   
5. Fill in all the required information, then click on Save
   

Authorise Crayon Indirect Provider 

1. Go to Company Settings
2. Click on Publisher Program Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Authorise Crayon indirect provider relationship by clicking the Get link and copy the link and paste it to new window of your browser.
   
   
   
   
4. Once Crayon is authorized, you will see under “Indirect Providers” tab, Crayon entity should be visible in your Microsoft Partner Center Dashboard as shown below.
   
   

Authorise GDAP relationship by Creating a New Tenant 

1. Log into the Cloud iQ Portal with your account credentials.
2. Click on Manage
3. Click on Microsoft CSP
   
4. Click on Add new Customer Tenant button then clicl on Create new Customer Tenant
   
5. Fill in the required information – also decide on the tenant domain name that you’d create (Primary domain)
   
6. Click Next and proceed on the Details tab by providing the additional details
   

   Ensure to add the valid technical contact email address as this will be primary technical person who administers the Microsoft Online Services subscription for this cloud account / tenant. This is the e-mail address who will receive communications about Microsoft Online Services service status.
   
   
   
   

7. Scroll down and click on Accept Microsoft Customer Agreement then also complete the primary contact details.
   
   
   
   
8. Once you click Save this will initiate the new tenant order to Microsoft and you will also receive an email from us with the details needed to login to your Office 365 admin. On the same email customer will receive a link where they can also establish the GDAP relationship.

Authorise GDAP relationship for an Existing Tenant

1. Log into the Cloud iQ Portal with your account credentials.
2. Click on Manage
3. Click on Microsoft CSP
   
   
   
   

4. Click on Add new Customer Tenant button.

5. Click on Add existing Customer Tenant
   

6. Requesting end-customer of partner to authorise Crayon as CSP provider by clicking the link on the Step 1 number 3.
   
   
7. Once done, Step 2 would be adding the end-customer tenant details and selecting the invoice profile that you have created.
   
   
   
   

8. Step 3, would be requesting GDAP relationship for the new tenant we’re adding.
   
   

9. Once tenants are added successfully you can go back to Manage then click on Microsoft CSP and see these tenants information directly from the dashboard.
   
   
   
   

Renewing GDAP Relationship for an Existing Tenant

1. Log into the Cloud iQ Portal with your account credentials.
2. Click on Manage
3. Click on Microsoft CSP
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Customer

5. Click on Details tab and scroll down to GDAP section and click Load information

   
   
   
   
   

6. Click on the Open GDAP Authorization link to provide the renewal when this has expired.

   

   
   Note: If you encounter the following error message while trying to add new or existing tenant, go to Company Settings then click on Publisher Program Settings.

   

   Then please ensure the valid MPN ID has been provided.

   

   And re-establish the Crayon indirect provider authorization by clicking the Get link and copy the link and paste it to new window of your browser.

   

   Once Crayon is authorized, please retry adding new / existing tenant steps again.
