How to align CSP Subscription End Date (Coterm) in CloudIQ – Channel Partner

Please take note that in order to align the Microsoft CSP subscription end date in Cloud iQ, you must first have at least one existing subscription with the same term before adding a new one. This article explains how to do this.

1. Go to the Marketplace tab and select License-based Services.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose the preferred Copilot SKU and quantity, then click "Go to checkout".
   
   
   
   
3. Select the cloud account and invoice profile where you want to add the copilot license.
   
   
   
   
4. Turn on the End-date alignment toggle, select the co-term date for the subscription, and then click on Complete Purchase.
   
   

For monthly commitment terms, Cloud iQ offers the flexibility to select from any available monthly dates for co-term dates.

For annual commitment terms, you can only select from the available dates listed for co-termination.

If you have other existing CSP subscriptions in Cloud-iQ, then you can also co-term your existing subscription to align to the same end date.

1. Go to Manage
2. Click on Microsoft CSP
3. Select Tenant name, then click Edit on the subscription to renew
4. Set the co-term.
   
   
   
   

5. Click on the Manage Renewal icon.
   
   
   
   

6. Once you’re in the Manage Renewal page, you can schedule the change as required on the renewal time.  You can toggle on the End date alignment and ensure to select the End date alignment. 

   Please be aware that if you’re changing the quantity you will need to assign the license manually unless you have a specific user groups setup within your admin center.
