What to expect when changing terms under NCE

 

When changing billing terms; or aligning end dates and/or co-termination features, there are follow on impacts that you should be aware of.

 

• Aligning end dates may bring a renewal date closer. Please note that monthly term subscriptions do not receive renewal reminders; for annual term subscriptions reminders are triggered on certain dates only, if these reminder dates have passed than no reminder will be sent.
• Changing billing terms may result in promotional pricing or discounts to be removed
• The term of the subscription is reset to 12 months
• The price is reset to the current pricelist price
• The billing frequency is updated for all subscriptions on this order and any add-ons associated as well
