How to access Azure Usage Reporting in PRISM?

Azure Usage Monitoring in PRISM

Within PRISM there is Azure usage monitoring report that customers have access to. These reports are designed to enable customers to monitor their Azure usage against various levels of data. 

 

To access "Azure Usage Monitoring" in PRISM, log into PRISM using your user details and Then navigate to the "Reports" tab on the left-hand toolbar.

 

 

Under the Reports page, you will see the "Customer Reports" heading. Click on "Azure Usage Monitoring"

(Please note that the below user details have been greyed out for the purposes of this user guide).

 

 

 

 

Meter Summary:

From within the Meter Summary tab, the screen will show the customer's spending based on the current month's usage by providing a real quick indication of where the cost has increased over a month.

 

 

Meter Breakdown

 

From within the Meter Breakdown tab, the screen will show the customer's Azure usage consumption month-to-month by providing a real quick indication of where the cost has increased or decreased over time.

 

 

Month to date breakdown

From within the Meter Breakdown tab, the screen will show the customer's Azure usage consumption based on day to day usage by providing a real quick indication of where the cost has increased or decreased in a month. 

 

 

Several filters can be used alter the data that is presented:

1. Display Value - the value can be displayed based on cost or quantity 
2. Tenant Domain - this search box can be used to filter for a specific tenant that appears in the report.
3. Subscription - this search box can be used to filter for a specific subscription that appears in the report.
