What is the Prism Bulk Connect tenants tool?

The tool allows partners to add customers to PRISM in bulk through the Bulk Connect Tenants tile. The tool is expected to reduce the time required for partners to move tenants to Crayon by 50% or more.

Steps:

1. Click on Bulk Connect Tenants Tile

2. Download the file template

3. Update the template with following fields

- Tenant Name

- Contact First Name

- Contact Last Name

- Contact Email

- Contact Phone

- Street 1

- Street 2

- Street 3

- City

- Postcode

- State

- Country

4. PRISM will generate Partner Connect links for all tenants to be connected to Crayon

5. Partner or end customers use the Connect tenant link to accept Crayon's delegated admin request for us to provision licenses to customers tenants

6. Partner attest Microsoft Customer Agreement in Prism using bulk update tool or customer can accept in M365 admin center.

Note : Please ensure once tenants are connected, the appropriate GDAP relationships are established.
